1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IdeaKiller (ideakiller.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

IdeaKiller is an AI-powered business idea validation tool. You submit a business idea, and our system analyzes market demand, competition, problem-fit, and unit economics to produce a validation report with a GO/NO-GO verdict.

The service is provided "as is." Validation reports are AI-generated assessments and should not be treated as professional business, financial, or legal advice. Always conduct your own due diligence before making business decisions.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Credits and Payments

IdeaKiller operates on a credit-based system. Each validation costs one credit. Credits are purchased through our payment provider, Creem.

  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts
  • Purchased credits do not expire
  • All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes as determined by Creem
  • Creem acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions

5. Refund Policy

Because validation reports are generated instantly and cannot be "un-delivered," we generally do not offer refunds for used credits. However:

  • If a validation fails due to a technical error on our end, we will restore the credit
  • Unused credit packages may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at support@ideakiller.app

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Submit content that is harmful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service or its AI models
  • Circumvent rate limits or abuse the service through automated means
  • Resell or redistribute validation reports commercially without permission
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

The IdeaKiller name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the business ideas and descriptions you submit. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of generating validation reports.

7.3 Validation Reports

Validation reports generated for you are yours to use. We do not claim ownership of your reports. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • Validation reports will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
  • The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Any particular business outcome will result from following the validation results

AI-generated analysis has inherent limitations. Our reports are tools to assist your decision-making, not replacements for professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IDEAKILLER AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IdeaKiller and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes in advance.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.
