Add funds: signed in with Google? Top up on the web app pricing page. A key without sign-in? Open the key page, paste your key and choose an amount. The chat does not take payments.
One balance everywhere: choose "Sign in with Google" on the connect page in ChatGPT or Claude, or link an old key in the web app.
A check failed: the price goes back to your balance automatically.
